The MSC-257 is a high performance, rich features, all-in-one Single Board Computer which support Intel P54C/55C, Cyrix M1 and AMD K5 CPU series at PICMG standard bus architecture. It offers all the function of an Industrial computer on a single board, including high performance PCI VGA features of 64-bit 2D/3D GRAPHICS ENGINE, S3 ViRGE Integrated 3D accelerator, Max. resolution 1280x1024 in 256 color as well as the upgradable TV tuner, MPEG H/W function. Besides, it is also equipped with PCI LAN and PCI SCSI-II, ULTRA-WIDE SCSI. In addition, it is equipped with M SYSTEM disk on chip SSD being upgradable of 12MB flash memory, default 256KB synchronized SRAM up to 1MB and the support of FPM,EDO BEDO DRAM up to 256MB. Basic I/O include two RS-232 and RS-232/422/485, multi-mode parallel (ECP/EPP),10 range Watch-dog Timer, 8-LEDs POST diagnostic indicators, as well as one Keyboard, PS/2 mouse interface, PCI IDE up to four IDE HDD with PIO mode 5.
